Spinning, and more

I made my second skein of llama yarn yesterday, and this time it just flew. I’m spinning it finer, I think, as I get better. It is definitely more consistent. I did up two bobbins full without a single break in the yarn, and I think I’ve got the hang of the long draw now.

Fiber Friday

It’s been really cold outside, which makes for a really good time to work on fiber projects. We’ve got less than three weeks to get the chicken coop built, but doing it outside in single digit temps just doesn’t sound like much fun at all. We go out and feed the critters in the morning,
