I think we can call the mushroom season over, so I want to sum things up for future years. On the wild mushroom front we’ve done well: we’ve learned to recognize several very good species. We inoculated the second mushroom bed today. This one is stropharia from Field and Forest. I went to them rather than Paul Stamnets because I figured that it was better to get spawn from Wisconsin than Washington.
