Maple eggnog

I love eggnog. I especially love homemade eggnog. (Have you looked at the ingredients in store bought? Who needs that crap?!)

1 quart raw milk
8 egg yolks
maple syrup to taste (start with 1/4 cup)

Blend in blender until frothy.

I like to grind nutmeg on top, and my booze of choice is dark Bermuda rum.
